Among the distinguished international keynote speakers will be Dr Wei Yang OBE, an internationally renowned town planner and urban designer, former President of the Royal Town Planning Institute and Chair of Wei Yang & Partners. Dr Yang is recognised for her work in strategic planning, sustainable development, urban regeneration and the digital transformation of spatial planning. The conference will build on the strategic direction provided by spatial planning scenarios and key issues including affordability, infrastructure, wellbeing, regionality and comprehensive planning.
